Our advisors ensure that Ntegrated is aware of, and participates in, the latest academic and corporate developments. G.C. "Scooter" Beachum III - President and Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Beachum began his career as the founder of "StreetSmart," a technology product and pricing report that provided competitive intelligence to Dell Computer Corporation, IBM Corporation, Digital Equipment Corporation, and other personal computer companies. In 1993, he sold his first entrepreneurial venture and founded Axtive Software Corporation, which developed the "ART" and "e.Monogram" software titles before its sale to Remedy Corporation in 2000. ART is an embedded customer relationship solution that captures customer registration data and initiates ongoing licensing, marketing and service relationships for client organizations, including IBM and Lotus Development. e.Monogram is an e-Business personalization application for business-to-business enterprises. Mr. Beachum earned a BS in MIS and a BS in Marketing from Southern Methodist University and an MBA from the McLaren Business School at the University of San Francisco.

Dr. Neil J. Keon - Assistant Professor, Information Technology and Operations Management
Southern Methodist University - Cox School of Business

Dr. Keon graduated with his Ph.D. in Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania in 2000. The title of his dissertation is, "Pricing in Telecommunications Networks Offering Multiple Services and Quality of Service Guarantees." His research concerns pricing to accomplish both flow control of requests for service on a real-time basis, and pricing for efficient allocation of scarce resources among heterogeneous service classes.

Prior to attending the University of Pennsylvania, Dr. Keon completed a Masters degree (M.Sc.) in Systems Science from the University of Ottawa. His undergraduate degree, from McGill University, is a Bachelor of Commerce, with joint honors in Economics and Finance.

Dr. Keon spent one year working in the Canadian federal government, where he worked as a Special Assistant in the Office of the Minister of Industry, Science and Technology, and International Trade.

Maura Schreier-Fleming - Author, Consultant, Speaker

Ms. Schreier-Fleming is a versatile, results oriented speaker, trainer, and consultant who has worked with numerous clients to improve sales performance. Ms. Schreier-Fleming works with business and sales professionals who want to get better results from their work. Her presentations focus on the skills and strategies that improve sales, teamwork, and management. Her clients enjoy her approach, which makes learning practical and effective. She identifies sales strengths and gaps, and implements solutions for sales performance improvement. She has considerable experience with selling and the sales process. Ms. Schreier-Fleming has a proven track record in coaching sales professionals to improve their sales results.

Her column "Selling Strategies" appears in The Insurance Record. Her articles on selling and business have appeared nationally. She has been quoted extensively in the media including Selling Power magazine, Entrepreneur and The New York Times. Her book Real-World Selling for Out-of-this-World Results is an important tool for sales professionals. She is a contributing author for The Balanced Engineer: Entering the New Millennium.

Ms. Schreier-Fleming is a former Lubrication Engineer for Mobil and Territory Manager for Chevron. Her unique experiences are:

Dr. Stephen A. Szygenda - Professor, Department of Computer Science and Engineering
Department of Engineering Management, Information, and Systems
Southern Methodist University - School of Engineering

With more than 30 years experience in computer engineering, including being part of the research team at Bell Telephone Laboratories during the 1960s, Dr. Szygenda is a pioneer in the areas of computer simulation, computer-aided design (CAD), fault tolerant computing, telecommunications and software engineering. In addition, he has extensive expertise in business management, technology transfer, and entrepreneurship. Dr. Szygenda was also the former Dean at the School of Engineering at the University of Alabama and Southern Methodist University. His unique concentrations in the field of research are:
