Mark W. Floyd - Chief Executive Officer & Co Founder

Co-Founder/CEO of Ntegrated Solutions, an IP Telephony firm specializing in communication solutions for the small to medium sized business. Mr. Floyd graduated from Southern Methodist University with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration focusing on Management Information Systems. He has a strong business background with extensive knowledge in information technology.

Mr. Floyd holds an advanced IP PBX certification from TMC University and is a certified sales agent for Polycom. Prior to co-founding Ntegrated Consulting, LLC, Mr. Floyd worked as a database administrator and analyst for DrillingInfo.com in Austin, Texas. Mr. Floyd's entrepreneurial experience includes founding Doo Dah Entertainment, a company specializing in high impact multimedia and digital video production, editing, and distribution.

Mr. Floyd is currently serving as a board member of Easter Seals Greater North Texas and is the chair person for the Easter Seals Young Professional Network, a network primarily comprised of young professionals that are dedicated to building awareness and supporting Easter Seals to create a community where people with autism and other disabilities are welcome to live, learn, work and play.

Mr. Floyd is also a member of the Avon Old Farms National Council and an alumnus of the Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity. At Avon, Mr. Floyd served as head dormitory monitor and helped raise over $60,000 in a three year period for Toys for Tots. As a member of SigEp he acted as VP of recruitment and co-chaired the annual Christmas Toy Drive raising over $10,000 in 2001. Mr. Floyd also participated in a 5K run helping to raise over $5,000 benefiting Habit for Humanity.

Leon Pugh - Vice President, Business Markets

Leon Pugh leads Sparkplug's business development and sales efforts for the business markets. Mr. Pugh joined Sparkplug in 2005 with more than 20 years of wireless telecom market operations and sales experience. Prior to Sparkplug, he was with Nextel Partners managing the company' US markets in the Southeast and Northeast Regions. Previously, he was at McCaw Cellular/AT&T Wireless for 12 years in market and general management positions, most recently serving as VP General Manager of the company's Southwest Region. Mr. Pugh is a graduate of San Angelo State University with a Bachelors degree in business management.
