Ntegrated Solutions' management team is currently comprised of the company's founder and CEO, the CTO, the COO, and the CFO. The management team has extensive knowledge in information technology, IP telephony, the computer industry, and a combined 30+ years of experience in telecommunications. Ntegrated's members have been involved in the construction process of many companies including Cox Communications, Shell Offshore, AT&T Wireless, Broadwing Communications, and T-Mobile(Voicestream wireless).

Mark W. Floyd - Chief Executive Officer & Co Founder

Co-Founder/CEO of Ntegrated Solutions, an IP Telephony firm specializing in communication solutions for the small to medium sized business. Mr. Floyd graduated from Southern Methodist University with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration focusing on Management Information Systems. He has a strong business background with extensive knowledge in information technology.

Mr. Floyd holds an advanced IP PBX certification from TMC University and is a certified sales agent for Polycom. Prior to co-founding Ntegrated Consulting, LLC, Mr. Floyd worked as a database administrator and analyst for DrillingInfo.com in Austin, Texas. Mr. Floyd's entrepreneurial experience includes founding Doo Dah Entertainment, a company specializing in high impact multimedia and digital video production, editing, and distribution.

Mr. Floyd is currently serving as a board member of Easter Seals Greater North Texas and is the chair person for the Easter Seals Young Professional Network, a network primarily comprised of young professionals that are dedicated to building awareness and supporting Easter Seals to create a community where people with autism and other disabilities are welcome to live, learn, work and play.

Mr. Floyd is also a member of the Avon Old Farms National Council and an alumnus of the Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity. At Avon, Mr. Floyd served as head dormitory monitor and helped raise over $60,000 in a three year period for Toys for Tots. As a member of SigEp he acted as VP of recruitment and co-chaired the annual Christmas Toy Drive raising over $10,000 in 2001. Mr. Floyd also participated in a 5K run helping to raise over $5,000 benefiting Habit for Humanity.

Chad G Perkins - Chief Operations Oficer

Mr. Perkins joined Ntegrated Solutions in 2006 as Chief Operations Officer and serves a vital roll in carring out the vision of the Company. Prior to joining Ntegrated Solutions, Mr. Perkins was employed by Baylor Healthcare Systems as a Network Design Engineer and possesses extensive experience in Network Consulting and Network Analysis. He has designed and Integrated networks for companies including AT&T Wireless, Voicestream Wireless, Cox Communications and Broadwing Communications.

Mr. Perkins has also modified network policies to ensure network reliability thus gaining a competitive advantage. Mr. Perkins is a strong strategic leader, team builder, and innovative thinker with numerous certifications including: CCNA, CCNP MCSE, NNCSS, and A+; as well as completed the written portion for his CCIE (Cisco's highest certification).

Jonathan Richardson - Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Richardson has over 11 years in Telecommunications and over 22 years in the Advanced Electronics field. He served 10 years in the United States Navy, including service in the 1st Gulf War whilst on the USS Dale, guided Missile Cruiser CG-19, home ported in Jacksonville, Florida. He supervised a crew of technicians responsible for the RADAR and electronic navigation equipment on board the war ship. He accelerated early to management within enlisted ranks and served as an electronics and management trainer while overseeing airfield operation and maintenance at the Pensacola, Florida Naval Air Station.

Mr. Richardson has worked at several telecommunications companies within Operations and Engineering groups as Network Architect, Group Leader and Project Manager; managing groups of high level engineering staff, provisioning experts and support personnel and maintaining budgets in excess of $20m. He has directly contributed to the growth of every company that he has worked with. Mr. Richardson is a leader in the emerging field of Open Source IP Telephony Systems, and actively speaks at VoIP Conferences showcasing large scale IP Telephony builds within Carrier type environments and has written numerous papers on the subject. Mr. Richardson has several published articles in Industry magazines such as VoIP Magazine. Mr. Richardson is currently extending the scalability, reliability and usability of Open Source VoIP systems at Ntegrated Solutions.

Kelly Figuerola - Chief Financial Officer

Kelly Figuerola is the Chief Financial Officer for Ntegrated Solutions. In this role, she is responsible for maintaining an accurate accounting of all financial and regulatory information and plays a key role in the overall daily accounting, administrative and human resource operations of the company. Since joining Ntegrated in mid 2005, Kelly has been part of the core team and has been instrumental in the growth and development of Ntegrated.

Ms. Figuerola brings over 25 years of diversified management and Human Resources experience to Ntegrated, including having served as Vice President/Branch Manager of Bank of America.
