Send a fax using your Email Service

You may send faxes from any email address you have designated for sending when you set up your efax service.
Please contact support@ntcp.net to add or remove users.

To send a fax to a any fax number:

1. Create a new outgoing email message.

2. In the To field, enter the faxnumber@fax.ntcp.net, where "faxnumber" is the complete destination fax number,
including the Country Code (US = 1), Area Code, and Local Number.

For example, to send to the Chicago number (312) 555-1212, you would type 13125551212@fax.ntcp.net.

3. In the Subject field enter the information you wish to appear in the fax header.

4. In the body of the email, include any text you want to fax. This text will be converted to a fax
image and faxed before any attachments. (This could be a coverpage)

Leave the body of the e-mail blank and only the attachments will be sent. If you attach nothing and enter text in the email body, only the text will be faxed.

3. Attach the file(s) you would like to send.
NOTE: You may upload files up to 5 MB (for all attachments uploaded).

4. Send the message. (You should recieve a confirmation reciept via email once your fax has completed.)




Recieving a fax

You may recive faxes via email from any traditional fax machine. Simply send a fax to the
telephone number you are assigned and your fax will be delivered to the registeded email box
as either a PDF or TIFF attachment.
